甚麼是健球
健球是一種共融的新興運動，在1986年起源於加拿大魁北克省，由馬里奧德默斯先生發明。健球十分注重參與、共融和團隊合作精神，是現時全球唯一三隊同時作賽的球類運動。每隊有4位隊員，合共12名球員同場作賽。隊伍進攻時需要4位隊員同步接觸健球，防守隊伍則要接往擊球，避免健球接觸地面。
What is Kin-ball
Kin-Ball, is the newly emerged sport, which is a team sport created in Quebec, Canada in 1986 by Mario Demers. Kin-ball emphasizes inclusion, respect and team work. The main distinctive characteristics of Kin-ball game are the large size of the ball in 1.2m and that the matches are played among three teams at the same time instead of traditional one-vs-one like the most of the team games. Each Kin-Ball team has 4 players and all players have to touch the Kin-ball when they are the attacked team. The defending team needs to control the Kin-ball successfully and avoid hitting on the floor.

TREATS believes that everybody, regardless of their abilities and backgrounds, should have the same opportunity to enjoy sports and recreation activities. Each inclusive Kin-ball team is composed by youth with disabilities and volunteers, through Kin-ball training and match, they break down barriers and develop one’s potential, confidence and teamwork through inclusive Kin-ball sport. This emerging sport is played in more than 30 countries by 4 million people. It is also known as an effective activity to enhance social inclusion of people with disabilities.
健球隊伍每隊4人，三隊同時作賽。
Played by three opposing Kin-Ball teams each consisting of four players.
健球直徑1.22米
The size of Kin-Ball is 1.22m in diameter.
健球場地為至少13米乘13米
The size of Kin-Ball court is at least 13 x 13 meters.
健球隊員需穿上顏色背心（黑、灰、藍或粉紅）
The Kin-Ball players wear team vest. The colours usually are black, grey and blue, sometimes pink is used instead of blue.
健球不觸地並取得最多分為勝。若健球觸地，其他隊伍便得分。
To catch and control the ball before it touches the ground. Points are given when a team commits a fault such as dropping the ball.
健球比賽方法:
每次健球比賽共有三隊出賽，各隊伍以四人組成，並用三種顏色作區分，包括黑、灰及藍色。有時會用粉紅色代替藍色。
健球比賽大約8至15分鐘一局，比賽時間及局數視乎參賽者的水平。
進行擊球時，由其中三位球員固定健球，第四位健球球員需叫出“OMNIKIN”及對方隊伍顏色，然後擊球。
得分最高健球隊伍為勝方。
How to play Kin-Ball:
The Kin-Ball game shall be played by three opposing teams each consisting of four Kin-Ball players. The official Kin-Ball team colour is black, grey and blue. Sometimes pink is used instead of blue.
An official Kin-Ball Game is usually played until one Kin-Ball team has won three periods. Each period takes around 8-15 minutes.
When playing the ball, a Kin-Ball team should have three players holding the ball, whilst the fourth player runs and strikes the ball after clearly shouting “Omnikin” and the colour of the team which will be required to run and catch the ball.
The Kin-Ball team with the most amount of points at the end is declared the winner.
